We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across South Africa, including Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, and surrounding areas. We do not currently ship internationally.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time. If you have not received tracking details within 11 business days of your order, please contact us.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will make a second attempt or leave a collection card. Inkosi Glow is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before placing your order.
