Returns & Refund Policy

At Inkosi Glow, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every product we offer and are committed to resolving any concerns with care and professionalism.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- Condition: Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- Proof: Original proof of purchase or order confirmation required
- Hygiene: Opened skincare, cosmetic, or wellness products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons
- Exceptions: Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible regardless of the above
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please retain all packaging and provide photos of the issue.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Please note that banking processing times may vary.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened products: Any opened skincare, oil, or wellness product
- Sale items: Items purchased during promotional or clearance sales
- Gift cards: Digital or physical gift cards
