Digital Products (Ebooks & Downloadable Content)
Due to the nature of digital products, all ebook, guide, PDF, and downloadable product sales are final.
Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
If you experience any issues accessing your digital product, please contact us at inkosiglow@gmail.com and we will gladly assist you.
Skincare Products
We accept returns for eligible skincare products within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

The product must be in resalable condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Products damaged due to misuse

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

We will review your claim and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

Refunds or returns cannot be granted based solely on personal skin reactions, allergies, or sensitivities unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
